I called in to see if I could get my old prescription glasses repaired and Missy was extremely friendly on the phone and invited me to come in. From the moment I walked in to their business everyone who works there was very friendly in a sincere way, very helpful and very kind. I was able to get an exam, my new Rx for lenses, a brand new pair of glasses all in under 3 hours. That's got to be a world record. I'm so incredibly grateful for all of your help yesterday. I won't go anywhere else from now on. Keep on rocking rockstars!!! -Cam

Look at this goof. He totally sat on his glasses, on the beach, on vacation. Now what?! Well, let me tell you... The staff at this location was fantastic in every way. We called on a Saturday afternoon, told them what happened and what frame and style he had. We then flew over there and they already had then our and ready to swap the lenses into the new frames. Then my son mention these we relatively new, but he got them at America's Best... Which turns out to be a sister company, so they did a cross brand warranty replacement and voila, we were on our way. Friendly, competent, attentive staff. Vacation saved! THANK YOU!

I was lied to. I was told I was going to pay 25$ and that’s all and next thing I know I was billed 116$ and I was not told I might have to pay more. And I would have never bought the glasses if they cost 120$ yet now I am. Never again will I go back, being lied to and billed more money the I should be paying!

I came in because I’m concerned about my vision and didn’t know the process of getting glasses. Sarah helped me and was so friendly and informative and showed me some beautiful frames, dare I say I’m almost excited to have glasses with those styles! I’ll be making my appointment as soon as my insurance is squared away!

Melany was very professional, didn’t sway my decisions, allowed me to make my decisions and didn’t rush me. Was helpful, even helped repair my older glasses. She also noticed my veteran status on my license and gave me a 10% discount that I had no idea Eyeglass World offered, so that was a welcome surprise. I’m probably getting my glasses from here from now on.
