I was extremely lucky to get an exam due to a no show, after I walked in. I like to thank Matis and staff for great service.The ability to have same day glasses is crucial, as I need them to drive the school bus come Monday. I bought the two for $100 and they had a variety to choose from. 🇺🇸😉👍👍

Update: They honored the warranty and replaced the lenses, so I'll increase the stars. I still won't get lenses here again, because there are places online that are SUBSTANTIALLY cheaper and these cracked after about 2 weeks, but I appreciate them honoring the warranty and fixing the issue without corporate being involved. Original: The same day labs took a week to get back my glasses, the smart frames came back broken (fortunately I had the ability to get them replaced through a third party), and the lenses have cracked. I'm within the 30 day warranty but magically the system won't let them warranty it when I spoke on the phone? I have the receipt of the day I got my eyes checked (not when I got the lenses) and that was only 32 days ago. That aside, the staff is friendly and the Dr was great. I would go back for eye exams only!

I went to Eye glass superstore, in Orange city , needing eye glass frames only. My frames broke over the weekend. I was desperate. And they told me you need a prescription . I didn’t have a prescription :/. I just need frames. But That was a no go .. ugh! So, I went to Eye Glass World and what a blessing. The man was very helpful and put my existing lenses in a new frame for me.. WooHoo! 💕 Thankyou Anita’s. I will be returning..

I had an eye exam there and the second I walked there was a dry greeting from the young man that works there and there was another gentleman grey hair and beard wasn't pleasant at all he checked on another person who down after me he checked on her but didn't say anything to me. Then to top it off Katelyn who checked me out seemed bothered by me asking what all was covered she quickly turned the computer screen towards and said briefly this what it cost which to me was rude and condescending. I work in the medical field and to be treated in that manner then maybe this is not it for those who work there. On a lighter note Dr. Kara Bachus was great. Sad that I can't say the same for the staff. Be mindful you never who are doing surveys from corporate.

7/23/2026 - This location is excellent and has been for a long time. The same people mentioned before took care of me again today in ordering new lenses for my new prescription. When a store has the same staff for quite awhile it really says a lot about their management and how well they work together. 1/28/2026 Update - I fell face first and damaged my glasses my wife took them to Eye Glass World in Lake Mary and Kaylah was fantastic helping me get new glasses and she was able to get them done for me quickly. Her customer service is fantastic! It was time for my annual eye exam and everything I said on my first visit holds true today! Dr Bachus was excellent as always and Matias once again was great in helping me get the lenses I wanted with no attempt to sell me something I didn't need. I could not recommend the location any higher they are wonderful from the time you walk in the door. My first time here for an eye exam and Dr Bachus was great! She was very good about explaining what she was doing during the test and was professional, friendly and easy to talk with. Leiana the tech was also very understanding and professional. She was wonderful. When I had my eyeglasses fitting Matias was excellent as well, friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my opinion on what I wanted and how the new glasses felt. I highly recommend the location for an eye exam.
