Primera Eye Care

My boyfriend started coming to Primera Eye Care 2 years ago, and recommended I go for my annual eye exams after the wonderful experience he had, and I am so glad I did! The ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful, and helped answer all my questions. The check-in process was very easy online and helped keep my appointment on time. My appointment was at 10:30, and by 10:40 I was already done with my imaging and waiting for Dr. Rogers. Then, by 10:45 Dr. Rogers began my exam. It's a rare experience to have a doctor's office of any kind be so punctual, but Primera was amazing! Dr. Rogers did a very thorough job on my exam, answered my questions and concerns, and then gave me a card to follow up and schedule for next year. If you're looking for a patient, attentive, and well-run eye doctor, Primera is your place!

I had a great experience at this clinic Lake Mary facility. Everyone was friendly, welcoming. I was initially afraid I wouldn’t like it because it was the only clinic in my health insurance network near my house, but it turned out to be great! Kery was wonderful as my stylist and helped me find the perfect Tom Ford frame, finally, a pair of glasses that I truly love. Brandon was very patient and great customer service, he explained the lens options in detail, making the process easy to understand. Dr. Rogers and the team answered my all questions, they are friendly and caring. Thank you all!

I’ve seen several different doctors over the years—most recently Dr. Shirin Mawji-Ali, who was absolutely wonderful—and the level of care is always top-tier. The entire experience is seamless, from the friendly and helpful front desk team to the experts who craft the glasses—they’re kind, fun, and make the whole process enjoyable. They always take incredible care of me, and it’s the one appointment I actually look forward to every single year!

Kerri was the sweetest person and really enjoys what she does. She is excellent at helping find sunglasses for the shape of the face. Dr. Rogers is really good especially with teens. You is bubbly and fun and we appreciate her care!! This office is very clean.
