Lake Mary Eye Care

Our whole family (and extended family too!) have been cared for by Dr. Love and the wonderful staff at Lake Mary Eye Care for over 25 years. Our adult children still are part of the practice. I have a very difficult prescription to fill and get right as does my husband and they work really hard to make sure that we walk out that door seeing the best be possibly can We are delighted with their service and highly recommend them.

I’m a patient for several years now and would highly recommend Dr Love. I used to drive to Miami to see a retina eye specialist at least twice a year but Dr Love has the same high end machines and keeps up with current technologies. He is always very thorough and professional.

Great eye doctor, everyone has always been very kind over the phone and in person. Dr Love is good at what he does and always makes me feel comfortable. I’m always well taken care of by all staff.

I moved farther away but I keep coming back to Ashley in optical. My prescription is complex and my face is wide. Ashley gives me the time and attention needed to find comfortable and stylish frames that really fit. This last visit I ordered sunglasses. I am very pleased.

I called in advance provided my insurance information. Was told my insurance was accepted. Showed up 20 minutes early to the appointment, provided my insurance information, and was told my insurance was not covered after waiting for 25 min. Beyond that the overall experience was poor and would suggest seeking out other providers who provide a better customer experience.
