Eyeglass World

I visited Eyeglasses World on March 6, 2026, and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the overall process was smooth and efficient. Miguel assisted me during my visit and provided outstanding service. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. His attention to detail and willingness to help truly made a difference. Thanks to his help, I can finally see clearly again, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend Eyeglasses World to anyone in need of quality eyewear and exceptional customer service.

The service was good when I finally got it. When I went in for my initial eye exam, they were running 30 minutes late, which isn't a big deal every now and then. But when I called to let them know I was happy with my contact lens prescription, they told me I needed to come back for a follow-up before they could issue my prescription. They scheduled me for 11 AM, and I arrived at 10:45 AM. Once again, they were running late. I am currently sitting in the office waiting to be seen, and it's 12:15 PM now. I will never go back to an Eyeglass World again and will not recommend them to anyone. As customers, our time is valuable, and we are paying for a service.

Really kind staff, very insufficient service. The people who physically work there are super nice....but their systems fail them. I did not receive notifications when my orders arrived, my contacts were the wrong type. I like the folks, but I won't be back.

I went to eyeglass world today and was kindly greeted by a young man named Ammiel . He was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient with me and made the whole entire experience fast and easy. I just want to tell him thank you and that I will be coming to this store for now on.

Your staff was the most kindest polite loving understanding ladies I ever came across! They made my visit very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable . The fact that they focus on how your doing first then business really made my day! The appointment went very smooth. They explained everything step by step. The Dr. was very nice and he also explained everything to me about my results. Next door I had a good experience picking out my glasses. She didn't rush and we went through a lot before I chose the ones I wanted. She also was so nice and helped me with getting my glasses that same day. Sometimes in life we pass paths with good people and this group have a part of my heart! I will be back and I referred my sister.
