I have been using this location for about a year now, and every interaction I have ever had has been to the utmost of high standards when it comes to customer service. I recently replaced my lenses and my glasses And these three people definitely deserve recognition Micheal Kayla And the assistant manager, Pamela All have been wonderful
Excellent service and support! Pam & Kayla are so helpful! This location has an enormous selection of frames! Highly recommend this location. The do not charge to replace the nose pieces on your frames and have an excellent insurance coverage plan to replace any or all of your glasses, should you have scratches, etc. (for a period of time). Fabulous.
Eyeglass World on Seminole Blvd simply has the best employees. They are friendly, knowledgeable, patient and trustworthy. No matter if I'm in need of new glasses or a minor repair on an existing set, I am always treated with the same exceptional and professional service. My vision is most valuable as I get older and I am so thankful I have such an amazing group of people to help me keep my eyes in the best shape possible.
Dr Tanya was professional, kind, and patient. She took the time to try several different scripts. Office staff are very nice as well as the eyeglass staff. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
This is really a great place. The people are so nice and helpful! Everyone from the optometrist to the people helping with the glasses. I’m not sure how this place has anything less than five stars. Anyway, this has been my eyeglass world for a few years!!! Great service, always!! And also a huge thank you for helping to send glasses to my daughter who was in the Marines!
