I called and set an appointment for an eye exam and the most economical glasses. I thought since I no longer had insurance that it would be expensive, but it was surprisingly affordable. Plus I got 2 pair of progressive glasses. The staff all over were very friendly and showed compassion. The doctor was very thorough and down to earth. I've been coming here for a few years and their service made me drive past closer places. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Eyemart Express on Highway 280 is excellent. The service and friendly staff make the experience worth it. Claudette is the manager and she takes time to ensure your glasses are the right fit and comfortable before you leave. She also assist her staff when necessary. She has a great team and a great store, that's why I continue to use this location. Dr. Wright is the optometrist and she is just as knowledgeable and personable.

I hate to rate this low because the optometrist and lady at the glasses counter were really nice and helpful. The lady with glasses and hair bangs at the receptionist desk for exams is very rude. She didn’t want to explain things when asked and I handed her a card with my vision contract number and she snatched the card out of my hand. She is the sole reason I will not be returning next year if she’s there.

My 4yr old son and I had the BEST experience at Eyemart Express! Claudette has the BEST customer service experience ever! She was very knowledgeable, timely, and extremely helpful. From my observation while there she treats all of her customers with the utmost courtesy and respect and also goes the extra mile! I love her and we will be back! Thank you sooo much for your customer care!

My daughter and I had an awesome experience… We were in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes before calling us back. The exam was thorough and quick. Customer service was excellent. Our longest time there was us picking my daughter’s glasses because they have a vast array to choose from we were in awe of all selections. And yes we tried on dozens😂…. Both pair of glasses were ready in 20 minutes. I would recommend them 10 out of 10. They are superb…
