Great experience! Vicki was exceptional, took care of my Mom as if she were her own, we became fast friends. As for glasses, wonderful selection, were ready faster than expected, perfect fit! Mom is happy so I am happy. Thank you Vicki, you are a treasure!
All was good until I received my EOB from my insurance showing my share as $261.99. When I ordered my glasses I was told my share would be $623.99 which I paid that day! They are an in network provider on my plan and have agreed to what the insurance pays them. I have called numerous times and can’t even get them to call me back. I would not recommend LensCrafters to anyone!
I highly recommend Lens Crafters on highway 280. They are timely and efficient. Everyone is super friendly and helpful from the doctor and her assistant to Linda who was so very patient with me picking out lenses!!
First visit with Dr. Patel, she was knowable, helpful and professional. She answered all questions and made me feel comfortable as we discussed my exam results and options for contact lenses that I had not worn for many years. Best eye exam I’ve had in years.
