Dr duty and her staff were so kind to my daughter and her grandmother whrn they can in to get new glasses for my 10 year old. They spent quality time with them and helped my daughter feel comfortable. They even helped by doing a quick eye exam to ensure the RX was updated. We are very appreciative of them and their patience!
Staff is so welcoming and friendly. Also, I was called back within 5 minutes of arriving and checking in. Dr Kentros was very informative and encouraging regarding my upcoming cataract surgery. By talking through things, she has lowered my anxiety level tremendously.
I cannot recommend Inverness Eye Care enough. Dr. Hill gave me the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. She listened and explained everything. The facility is clean and fresh. Every single staff member I encountered was knowledgeable, helpful, kind and took time to answer questions. Plus, I walked away with the cutest pair of glasses.
Wow. Just wow. I was completely blown away by the entire operation at Inverness eye care. 5 stars from the parking lot to the check out. The customer service was extremely nice, efficient, and pleasant. Extremely high tech equipment that allowed me to avoid getting my eyes dilated. Dr Ansley was extremely nice and explained everything throughout my exam with excellent detail. The options of frames they carry is the best I’ve ever seen. I was in and out in 40 minutes. I would drive hours to see Dr Ansley and his team! Ask for Kim on helping you pick your frames, she’s got a great eye for pairing frames to face. Honest and professional. 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend.
Dr Tim Ansley was great. Other members of my family already see him but it was my first visit and I had a concern about my left eye. He explained exactly what it was and assured me it was quite common and nothing to be concerned about. He showed me online example pictures of similar cases that helped me understand it. He talked through the various treatment options and I left feeling better with a plan to follow up. I look forward to making him my primary eye Dr going forward.
