Extremely helpful staff at this location. Prices are equal to lowest online vendors . I was in and out in less than one hour with my new frame and lenses!

Came here with my lenses all scratched. I urgently needed a pair of glass, can’t drive or work without them. Eyemart Express here is outstanding. They made my glasses faster than I get food in a restaurant. Less than 30 minutes. Unbelievable service at an excellent price. Couldn’t be more happy with them!! Thank you!!!

I had the misfortune of discovering that the temple of my spectacles had broken—an inconvenience disproportionately capable of disrupting one’s day! I called them, and rather than offering excuses, they simply said they would try. I took the glasses in, they patiently worked their magic, and, to my considerable delight, restored them perfectly. Wonderful people, remarkable workmanship, and refreshingly genuine customer service. In an age when “replacement” often precedes “repair” in the commercial vocabulary, their willingness to actually solve the problem deserves applause. Great service, great people—most certainly recommended!

Came in close to the end of the day, just with some questions as I had found myself in a pinch right before a trip. Got my questions answered and they proceeded to get me into a new pair of sunglasses and gave me the reassurance they'll be ready for pickup tomorrow before I head out of town. Awesome customer service, super easy to work with and willing to be flexible even at the end of their shift. More than appreciatative of their help! Look forward to working with them in the future

This is the only place in the Albany area that would help me out at a very reasonable price - they fashioned me a new lens for my eye glasses in 15 minutes, and diligently worked with my insurance to get reimbursed. Other places either refused to make me a new lens as I had not bought my original glasses from them, or were going to charge more than 3 x as much. Thank you Carlos and Mark!
