Eyemart Express

They say you get what you pay for. Went in with my husband to help him pick out glasses and was standing at the counter after we found a frame and the lady literally reached over the counter with a marker and quickly dotted his glasses. Needless to say that technique did not work. We had to return his glasses because his PD was not correct. Then had to wait over 3 weeks for his replacement lenses. Got excuse after excuse of why they were delayed. Never was offered any kind of discount for this ridiculous process. Will never return to that store again and my husband is not happy with his glasses even now but does not want to deal with them again. Waste of money. Had better service online with Zenni.

The Dr was great. Cinnamon went way above to help us out! She was amazing and so professional. I will definitely be back to see both of the them for myself! My husband can see again!!!! Best eye experience ever!

Ron Hanson was a charm to talk to. I appreciated the call. Cinnamon was totally awesome and helped me with everything I needed. Great place to go I've been going there for years and will continue to. My daughter even comes from bend Oregon and if she needs glasses she goes there as well. Great place keep up the good work

I have taken my neighbor, Shirley, to this Eyemart several times....we always want RON!! He makes the process easy to understand...very kind and thoughtful. We laugh alot - which I love!! He seems to be very knowledgeable and super pleasant to work with. The next time we go in - we will ALWAYS ask for Ron. :-)

Excellent customer service! The optometrist staff were so inviting and even worked around the fact I had the time of the appointment wrong. The doctor even came out and talked to us after my daughter was seen. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about what she had and what she needed. The eyeglass side also had excellent customer service and made my daughter feel comfortable. They said it'd take about an hour to get the glasses. We had them in 22 minutes! I was also surprised of the pricing and the fact they took our insurance even made it better. Overall, just a great experience for us!
