Vision Center In Fred Meyer

I visit here when I'm in town and I love it because it's a one stop shop like many Walmarts but without the Walmart chaos and customers. They have competitive prices and lots of options. It's also organized and clean. I was helped by professional and kind cashiers each visit and so the shopping experience was great! When my daughter needed assistance to try on clothes, we called and help arrived within a couple of minutes.

Went to Fred Meyer for the first time. I will say the store itself was very clean, but the customer service was terrible. The staff were not friendly at all and acted like it was a privilege for customers to shop there. Employees need to realize that without customers, they wouldn’t have a job because customers are the ones paying the bills. The worst experience was at self-checkout. I had never used their checkout system before, so I politely asked for help. Instead of helping professionally, the employee raised her voice at me and was very rude and unprofessional. What made it worse was she herself couldn’t even figure out the system. A review is based on customer service turning into the overall customer experience, and today I received neither. I almost left all my groceries there because of the attitude and frustration. I was very disappointed and will definitely never come back.

Hated so expensive I couldn't even believe it & left the store it's like a high-priced Walmart with lower quality, in my humble opinion. I'm willing to be wrong because I couldn't even stay in there a T- shirt was $45 The lowest price shirt I picked up a t-shirt for heaven's sakes. I went in looking for a nightgown and that was just a t-shirt nightgown $22 on sale for $15.97 and they charged the wrong price, had to tell them so it sounds a lot like Walmart overcharged & they didn't seem interested in giving the sale price, kudos to the check out clerk, who called the manager and gave me the sale price... Thank you! (It seems like you have to be very aware these days Just don't take it for granted that the sale price is going to come up seems like anymore it doesn't sneaky sneaky..) I'm personally I'd rather shop at Walmart which is a gagger to say...

Store was inside very convenient for us as a visitor to the Medford. Staff were nice and helpful. We did a small grocery shopping and found what we looked for with good price. Store was well bright, wide aisles and organized.

Very nice and helpful employees. Prices are on the higher side so it's good for a quick pickup every now and then
