This is a wonderful place and spectacular staff. My last eye doctor retired and I was so devastated, but he referred me here. And I'm so grateful. They are totally efficient and Dr.Langella was perfect and made my experience one I'll be coming back to. Thank you Advanced Vision Wellness Center! Y'all are amazing and I love my new glasses!
Just had such a great experience here with Laura, Matt, and Shawn. I was in a tough place, needing a quick fix for a long drive ahead of me, and I called several places. This was the only place that came through but also went above and beyond. Definitely, for any IK or needs in the future in Medford, this will be the place I will go. Thank you so much!!!
It started with Eden such a nice girl and very knowledgeable about her job. She told me what we were going to do and as she was very calm then so I was also. Dr. Marsha is very sweet and she checked all my glasses. Then the Optician Linda, I might be biased but I think she is the nicest Optician I’ve ever worked with. You can’t go wrong with your visit when everyone is so nice.
My family and I love Advanced Vision and Wellness Center! Beautiful office, welcoming and friendly staff, amazing service. They make you feel right at home and very well cared for. Dr. Langela is the very best. I’ve been to many optometrist’s over the years and she is by far the very best I’ve seen or my family. I especially love that it’s a family business. Owned and operated by Dr. Langela and her husband Matt Langela(office manager/owner). The kindest people. They made my kids and I feel very comfortable and made the experience calm and fun. Very knowledgeable and super helpful. Looking forward to our next appts! Very highly recommend.
We loved our time at Advanced Vision. We arrived at our appointment feeling very welcomed, by Veronica with an upbeat, happy environment. Eden, took us right back and got to business doing eye tests and helping to fill out some of our medical history. There were a few things we did not finish before our visit and they were kind and handed us the screen to fill out what we forgot to do prior to the appointment, without judgement. Dr. Langella welcomed us with a big smile, she talked about health issues, again without judgement but was kind enough to let us know things needed to change direction to favor healthier eyes! She was great. We laughed a lot during our time in the office. Linda helped us pick out glasses and was very patient and helpful making sure each pair fit right, even if was not a chosen one in the end! There were three other people in the office who helped us while trying to find the right pair of glasses. It was one of the best vision visits ever.
