I brought my daughter here for her glasses to be filled and amazing experience from Becca! So incredibly kind and patient with my kiddo and I from beginning to end! She helped us pick the right ones My kiddo really enjoyed her first glasses experience wanted kid review “I got some glasses there and becca helped me my glasses and when we picked them up she made Great recommendations for my glasses!!!!!!
Yeah I won’t be coming back here. Wanted to let them know their glasses shattered into my face almost costing me my eye. And all I got was oh it’s cause they are plastic. Okay and so explain how dangerous plastic is to people before you have them ordered it. Or take it off all together. No one has ever explain the difference to me here just told me the prices.
We had an appt for an eye exam and waited one and a half hours after our scheduled appt before we finally got feed-up and left. After one hour we asked how much longer and was told you're next but no one called us back. Another guy ahead of us was upset saying he had been waiting over two hours. He finally left without being seen. We left about a half an hour after him, also without being seen. I couldnt understand what the problem was because there was no one in the waiting room during most of our time waiting for an eye exam. My family and I will never go back.
Everyone is so kind! From the person who answers the phones, Dr O is just a 5 star doctor who listened to my needs and helped me after so mamy bad prescriptions from other places, Bonnie and Becca in optical were just sooo helpful helping a very PICKY person pick out glasses and finding me something affordable. The very BEST service! Anyone who rates this place lower is just having a bad day! Only downside... a lot of waiting but they are trying to get a lot of people in who need exams and help people pick out the right contacts/frames and fit. The doctor takes his time to get your prescription correct and he does! Plus this is southern Oregon.... there is always a wait everywhere you go, but it is worth it. Being from medical and dental offices.... 5 stars!! Customer service all around fantastic experience!
Bonnie, Lorie and Fawn are absolutely great! I’ve been coming here for years and they always go out of their way to help me and make sure I’m taken care!
