Dr. Mullins and his staff are very kind and helpful, understanding, professional and timely. Go see them, if you need to see and eye doctor. You can schedule online or just call and speak to someone. They ladies will help you and make you bring what they need. You can also pick out glass before or after your visit depending on your appointment time. All right there!
Super nice Dr friendly and spent a lot of time with me addressing alllll my questions. I left there with my Rx and Contact and went directly to Eye Care in the building and got them filled (they were awesome too!) I'ma patient for life ;)
Poor service. Dr comes and late for his first appointment then hangs out in his office for a while before he sees you. The receptionist don't verify your insurance so you get stuck paying a copay and then won't help you get reimbursed. I will no longer go to this facility
Very patient and kind staff. Dr. Mullins was knowledgeable, professional, and made it one of the easiest eye appointments I have endured. Thank you Dr. Mullins and thank you to your staff! This appointment was easy to make online as well. Very convenient.
This office does not accept Medicare, but does claim to mail in a form for you. They are not upfront with that info. , but rather stating that they don't have a contract with your carrier no matter who it is.. I am not at all impressed with Dr.. Mullins and will not see him again.. The people that work in the optical side of the store much better and easy to deal wih.
