The customer service there was awesome! I had a pair of frames that they put my new rx in. I have tri-focals and they made them fit perfectly. I had went other places and no one could get them right. I recently moved before my new glasses were ready and they mailed them to me with no problems they fit awesome and I won't go anywhere else I'll drive back to Eugene Eyemart Express to get my next pair of glasses.
Took advantage of a "two for $40" offer to get new readers for a new prescription. They were ready in 35 min.s, but I had to leave first and pick them up later. When fitting them, the tech. noticed a chip on one lens that I had not seen. She took them back to be repaired, but again I had to leave before they were done. They are quick, but I had other errands. They mailed me the second pair so I didn't have to return. We had already fitted both pairs, so they were comfortable. Great service.
Sheri was amazing in helping me get some prescription safety glasses, the place was comfortable and friendly. I am wearing glasses for the first time and she was knowledgeable and informative, she didn't try to upsell me anything, she just wanted me to have good glasses! I will definitely come back!
You tend to wait a bit, place gets full pretty quick. But very friendly staff. And quick service once the order for your glasses goes in! It took about an hour to get both my glasses and I love them! Good place to go if you need a quick same day replacement!
