I always receive the best customer service here! From the manager Weytona to the newer staff Alycia and Mr. Bobby --62 years old (hope u get to retire soon)helped me with the best deal and even convinced me to get a warranty. (I'm a grown up now mum!)I do not file insurance so for 2 name brand frames with warranties that you receive credit for next year if not used I had my coupon and spent a little over $300. This customer feels blessed! Especially since Care Credit has 6 months no interest!!

Sebrina was phenomenal from the second we walked in the door. She immediately took care of me and made sure I was 100% informed and comfortable with my glasses. Genuinely such a sweet lady. Will recommended her every time.

The service was Excellent! The Eye Exam took about 15 minutes; was extremely thorough. The atmosphere was quite comfortable and welcoming. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had the best experience with Eye Mart Express in Waco Texas. Sabrina was awesome. My Ray Ban glasses were accidentally bent and still under warranty when I went in but they had been discontinued. Sabrina was able to help me find new Ray Ban’s that I loved and get me taken care of with the same lens coatings as my old ones. Great job Sabrina and Eye Mart Express! I’m a repeat customer and highy recommend their services.
