Amazing staff, affordable, visit started on time and went quickly. Appointment convenient and flexible. There's everything good to say and nothing I could remotely criticize. Go!

Return for my annual routine eye exam, still pleased with service and staff. Easy to make appointment, check-in was quick upon arrival, staff was courteous and friendly. Dr. Martinez was helpful and professional (knows how to explain things well). Glad I found them.

Dr. Prince is very kind and caring. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Scheduling my appointment was so user friendly and convenient through their website. The appointment ran smoothly, minimal wait time in between patients. I highly recommend Waco Vision Center!

Great customer service all around. Was greeted from the moment I walked in from the lady in the front. The two in the back were super nice and professional. The gentleman that handed my prescription was professional in answering my questions. I wish I knew all there names, to shout them out. Come see this team of professionals for you vision care!

I have been a patient at this vision center for several years and have generally had positive experiences. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered behavior that was disappointing and unprofessional. I would recommend providing a refresher or additional training for staff on maintaining respectful and courteous communication with patients. For example, one employee, Chris, made a comment along the lines of “let’s see how blind you are,” which came across as inappropriate and insensitive, even in the context of an optical appointment. Chris was quite impudent. Additionally, there was a lack of attentiveness and professionalism during the visit. While I briefly stepped aside, I asked if my friend who was present with me could be assisted 1st (since they were next). He must have said something or made a gesture about my comment. Because all the other office workers start laughing and looked at me. It appeared that his time was spent talking with coworkers instead and/or just standing there doing nothing. During this time, other patients who arrived later were called ahead of us. The overall atmosphere felt unprofessional, with staff appearing more focused on socializing than providing efficient and respectful service. This was surprising given my previous positive experiences at this location. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I would like to continue trusting this center for my vision care. At this time, however, the level of customer service has noticeably declined.
