After reading the reviews I wasnt too sure I chose the right place,im glad I did though. The front office staff were very welcoming and Dr.Friedman was very nice as well.
Dr. Friedman is wonderful! I needed new rigid gas permeable progressive lenses and he worked with me to get the proper fit and prescription. He is patient and did a great job even tho' these lenses don't seem to be very common here. His receptionist is sweet as can be and (extra plus!), they take walkins!! Other places just don't prescribe them and another place I went to, flat out told me they couldn't help me after trying two different pair.
Dr Friedman was awesome! Extremely helpful and informative. Debra, the tech who does the vision test was the worse I’ve ever been in contact with!! Very rude and inattentive. Also, she doesn’t wipe the machines with alcohol between patients. This should be an extreme no no in today’s day and time!!
Dr. Friedman is an exerienced and very knowledgeable eye doctor, and his office has a high tech accurate equipment that does imaging of your eye to better diagnose any issues a regular exam can't catch. Highly recommend this office if you want an exam done right the first time.
I had an appointment at 10 AM but the doctor had not yet arrived for work. The receptionist texted the doctor and I was told he'd arrive at 10:15. At 10:30 she called the doctor who then said he wouldn't arrive until 10:50. I left. The receptionist was in an embarrassing situation and was very apologetic. She handled it as well as she could. The doctor is very unprofessional.
