Don't waste your time or money. From scheduling appointments to being seen an hr late. With no one in there. They don't even have an optometrist. Just some zoom call to who knows where. We were sold on a "sports" frame by the manager himself with all the bells and whistles. Lenses scratch way to easy, the coating comes off them and the frames fall apart.Then try to use the warranty we got on them and they wanted us to pay almost the same amount as we originally did because they don't tell you that they have a BS price in their system of what the glasses cost when nothing in their store is worth that cost. Youcan buy Oakley's outright without insurance with scripts in them for less than any of their frames, and they are all trash. Was told "well they are carbonate lenses so they scratch. No sir crappy lenses scratch. I showed him a pair of Oakley's that are 11 yrs old nothing wrong with them and they are iridium coted lenses on top of that which are far more scratch prone than anything in the industry with not a single scratch.Never will we waste our time here again. Pathetic. I will also be contacting the corporate office as well as the BBB for doing business under false pretense when it comes to warranty claims. Save the headaches their is a reason their reviews are poor. Head warning. But if you need cheap low quality glasses at a mediocre price then by all means go here.
