Eyemart Express

Went for glasses but the old lady with blond hair seemed like she didn’t want to help she had the whole store full of customers and she was taking her time walking and moving very slow very very slow. I get it you get payed by the hr but the store is full pick up the pace or find a new job that simple ,You had customers walking out and then when she got down to helping me, she took about an hour like what kind of service is this? She couldn’t even read the check in list in order , I used to come here a lot, and it was always in and out, but it seems like y’all just don’t care about y’all’s customers no more might have to switch just because of her.. then she gave me no deals nothing no recommendations she was acting like she didn’t want to work there , she never offered my free glasses I had to ask . I feel so disappointed in this store used to be the best now seems like we might have to go back to a different company please do better and hire people who actually wanna work and are motivated she look like she was falling asleep smh

We ordered the boys' eyeglasses on the 10th after their eye exams and decided to go with Eyemart in Midland. They each picked out a pair of sunglasses, which were ready the same day, while their regular glasses had to be ordered. Those arrived just a week later, and we picked them up yesterday, on the 18th. I asked to speak with the manager to ensure we got everything the boys needed, and she was extremely helpful. She explained that they now use a new type of lens, so we didn’t need to upgrade to high-index lenses to keep them thin and lightweight. Both pairs came with warranties and all the features we were looking for. I was honestly impressed not only did we use insurance, but the total cost for all four pairs came out to under $400, which was much less than I expected. I have always spent with insurnace an all over $700. The boys love their new glasses, and the entire process was quick and easy, with no wait time to be helped. Highly recommend Eyemart in Midland for fast service and great value! 👓✨

After I got my prescription for glasses I went into eyemart express and was helped by the lady at the counter. She also helped me pick out some good glasses and the other lady who helped me purchase them and finished the rest of the things needed was amazing. I highly recommend this places because they were very helpful and made sure I got what I needed.

Just came back after 4th visit in 2 days with AR upgrade on the lens. Disappointed. They have the cheapest quality lenses. I am literally seeing shadows of lights or light streaks even with the anti reflective coating! I feel like scammed. And had to pay 100 dollars out of pocket after insurance just for lens wich is SV of -1.25. The lady was not explaining things properly. I dont recommend this place. Poor quality and service.

I brought in a 550 dollar pair of Oakley prescription clear classes that they did tell me that they could not fix the ear piece that was broke. One of the ladies behind the counter insisted that I leave them and they would try and find frames that find them. After awile around 3:30 pm I called and they told me that they could not find a fram for them. I ask why did I not get a call from them and the lady that answered the phone was very rude, when I ask her if they had my ear piece that I left them she said no. I explained to her that I handed the lady the hole thing and she tells me I dont know what to tell you. When I arrived to the store my lens was out and not installed back. They did fix that but lost the ear piece. I will never come back here do to the rudeness from employees at this store. I hope that someone in HR will fix this issue. I was not very happy.
