I'm always greeted when I come in even if they're busy. Once it's my turn, they focus completely on me. The people working with me (and from what I've seen the other worker a) are very knowledgeable, and always do their best to save me money, suggesting packages that would be cheaper so I could still get what I wanted, and help show me things that would help or not necessarily help as additions to my glasses. I've been very pleased with both the workers at Visionworks Midland and the doctor next-door Dr. Hogan.

Excellent customer service! Received a personal phone call to say my glasses would be mailed to me asap after they came in early. Not very often do we receive personal contact like that! Highly recommend!!

Victoria was amazing and super attentive. She helped me with my insurance and talked me through the different ways I could purchase my glasses.

The tech that did my tests was extremely rude. First, she snapped at me for being 15 minutes early. While she was blowing air into my eyes she yelled at me for blinking. She was rude, abrupt, and had no public relation skills. Really disheartening considering I love the doctor.

The professionalism & friendliness of the staff made my experience very comfortable. I tell everyone how happy I am. And the lenses & frames are so very affordable.
