I have always bought Oakley sunglasses for over 20 years. I have always had great experiences at the midland mall but today it was terrible. I went in to ask about the insurance program they have for glasses and when I walked in to ask about it I was greeted with serious unprofessional behavior. The employee Mr Cortez was extremely rude and condescending. We días sed the issue and I explained that I was mis informed about the program. There was no apology or empathy towards the situation just a smug look and I am sorry but I can’t help you. I understand the reasoning but the delivery of the whole conversation was terrible. Needless to say I will not be shopping at that location ever again. They have one employees that is awesome. He has long hair and a great attitude. As for Mr Cortez ,he needs to find a different profession that doesn’t involve customer service.

The manager and associates at this Oakley store (in Midland Park Mall) are so awesome! Daniela made sure I was very satisfied with my purchase and took excellent care of me.

I thought I couldn’t afford the sunglasses 🕶️ that I wanted but Nat ( Nataly ) show up and proof me wrong!!! I got 3 pairs! She worked with my insurance and stuff and MADE IT HAPPENED! Here in Midland my 👁️ are THANKFUL!!! Ohh and also I got a Badass Hat 50% off!! Thanks JJ Joe all the staff and Nat You the Bomb 💣 BTW Mine are Prescriptions and they are perfect! UPDATED FOR THE POST SALES!!! I give that a 3.5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ make sure you understand the insurance they offer!!! Thanks

I stopped by the mall three different times in one week before finally grabbing the Meta Oakley HSTN with the clear frame and clear-to-grey transition lenses — and I’m so glad I did. I’d been doing nonstop research on YouTube trying to find the perfect pair, and these checked every box. They’ve got that clean, modern Oakley look, and the transition lenses are a game changer — clear indoors, smooth grey tint outdoors, no hassle. Lightweight, super comfortable, and I get compliments every time I wear them. Definitely one of my best pickups lately.

Staff was extremely helpful and interested in offering assistance and all aspects of the shopping experience. The store is clean, tidy, and organized. Despite my last visit being 3 weeks prior, staff members still remembered me. I always love shopping in this location
