Today I contacted the Eyemart Express because I didn’t receive confirmation for my son’s appointment. Per my plan there is usually no copy and I was being told that there would be one. The person that I was speaking to seemed extremely irritated because I wanted to know why. He huffed and puffed and tried to rush me off the phone. I asked to speak to someone else and he told me no immediately. When I ask if I could speak to someone over him again he stated no again and when I asked for his name he provided Jens. He stated the only person over him was Dr. Chang. The customer service that I just received just for wanting a better understanding of my plan is unacceptable. No one should be talked to the way this young man spoke to me today.

This place is amazing! Allison was so great at explaining the women’s section and the special offers they had. I loved that she told me I could create sunglasses out of any lenses aside from the traditional sunglasses. I mentioned I’m in the water a lot and she suggested the polarized lenses. I didnt even think of that as an option! As far as selection for women’s glasses, they have a great variety in different colors, metals, shapes, and special designs. I had left VisionWorks minutes before because of their limited selection. I’m so glad I came here instead because I found 2 pairs! And the best part is that they were ready within 49 minutes. They say they are ready within an hour which was such a plus! I really needed new glasses and Allison made sure that happened. If you need glasses the same day, and want reasonable affordable prices- come here!
Had a great experience here. The staff was awesome and really friendly, and the customer service was honestly second to none. They have a wide selection of products, and they had my glasses done super fast. Definitely feels like first-tier service all the way.
I had an outstanding experience at Eyemart Express, specifically thanks to Jonathan. I was incredibly overwhelmed and even moved to tears when we discovered together that my insurance coverage was essentially a scam. Jonathan didn't just stand by; he spent 20 minutes on the phone advocating for me. When it became clear the insurance wasn't going to help, he stepped in and gave me a massive discount out of his own initiative. It is rare to find that level of integrity and genuine compassion in customer service. He turned a stressful situation into a huge blessing.
I called to schedule an appointment for contact fitting. I called back to leave a note with the optometrist because I have had the wrong prescription multiple times before with other optometrists and was hoping for some reassurance. There was a Ms. Chong that answered. My phone disconnected and she called back. When I voiced my concerns she got hostile and told me she did not understand what I was asking, and that if the optometrist does the exam and the glasses or contacts are blurry, it’s not the prescription, but it is the people who distribute the glasses or contacts. I immediately felt uncomfortable and cancelled my appointment. I asked for her name again, she said Kacy. The glasses might be wonderful at the actual Eyemart Express store, but the I wouldn’t trust the doctor’s office with my prescription.
