I took my unsalvageable glasses (stepped on them and broke the arms) to Eyemart Express to see if they could swap lenses out. Morgan checked my account and saw that the glasses were still under the one year free replacement warranty. She put the lenses in new frames and adjusted them perfectly. Thank you, Morgan and Eyemart Express Oshkosh! Two big thumbs up!
Staff was professional, service oriented, and the eyeglass options were excellent. I’m used to waiting over a week for new frames and they had TWO sets done in under an hour. (50ish minutes)
I just learned about Eyemart Express and went in fully expecting to pay a crazy amount and I was expecting to have people trying to up sell things to me. Well I went in there just for the glasses and my prescription, in hand. I was addressed as soon as I walked in the door, they ran my insurance to see what might be covered (my insurance had lapsed at the time) and led me to a wonderful selection of glasses to pick from. I got a 2 for deal one had transition lenses and the other were prescription, dark glasses. I was in and out within 20 minutes and everything was ready to go by the end of the day. I will be returning for my husband's and sons glasses. It's really worth your time and money.
Great staff, so helpful and knowledgeable. Update: I have always struggled with glasses and anxiety when I get a new pair and adjusting to them. This year was particularly difficult and I’ve been back multiple times to correct. Rose has been just above and beyond in this area. She has replaced lenses and frames and I was still struggling. Today I was explaining how they make me feel and all the anxiety and stress caused when trying to wear them. She figured it out my friends!!! It was the anti-glare. Oh my gosh I’m in heaven. Thank you so much for sticking it out with me. The eye glass technician (I apologize I don’t know her name) was amazing as well and between them they figured it out. Thank you again !
Fantastic service! Brought my 11 yr old in for her first glasses and they were incredibly kind and helpful picking frames. Fastest I have even gotten the finished glasses too! We were told 1 hr till complete, we got a call 5 matter we left saying they were done! Absolutely love them!
