Very well taken care of, they did a thorough eye exam Mike and I both were very impressed. And they took the time to explain everything they were doing. Everyone was great and very friendly. Thank you so much you all made our first eye exam very comfortable.
I don’t remember the Drs name but keep in mind eye appointments are my biggest fear. Dentists and regular Drs don’t bother me any. I just wish the eye Dr would’ve told me what he was doing as he did it rather than just pull my eyelids down and up and all the things they have to do. He just did it. He didn’t ask if I was ready for the eye drops he just did it. Over all it was fine I just prefer more communication. The woman who took me into the room was understanding and informative as to ease my nerves a little with the fear I spoke of. Again overall a fine experience for someone who despises my eyes being looked at or touched in any way.
Great Service, prompt- didn't wait at all for my appointment. Eye exam was very thorough and comprehensive. Will definitely return for my eyeglasses purchase.

My first visit was not good. I finally decided to call for help. I called the Appleton north location and the experience was THE BEST! Wish I remembered her name - she listened and made certain she understood my concerns. She promised to have a resolution in 24 hours. The next morning I received a call, she provided me names of 2 providers that would be better fit for me and got me scheduled for the 2 needed appointments - both within 2 weeks. I had the first one yesterday - great experience!
