Great customer service!!! We have been going here since 2015 at least. Staff are professional and are like family to us. Quick turnaround from beginning to end. Large selection of quality frames for all price points. They carry brands like Nike, RayBan, Guess, Columbia, Burberry, Field & Stream, Betsy Johnson, Calvin Klein, Coach, Michael Kors, Versace, and more. Definitely recommend getting your glasses there.
Eyemart Express (in Barboursville, WV) was amazing to us! We were in town for a wedding and my seven year old broke her glasses. Another local spot was of zero help and we were bummed. My husband called ahead and spoke to Jennifer. She was so kind and understanding. She spent ten minutes with us making sure our girl was set. We appreciate Jennifer so very much! She made a frustrating situation stress-free. My family can’t say thank you enough to this business and Jennifer!
5 Stars. I visited Eyemart Express for the first time yesterday to order new glasses with my prescription. The lady who helped with and processed my order was so amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process was very smooth and she ran an extra coupon for me and helped me to get 2 pairs of backup glasses for no cost with my insurance plans. I'll definitely be using this store again.
Extremely helpful. Pick out some glasses that wouldn't work because of pd size. The lady helpped me look through a lot of glasses to find the perfect fit that i liked. Plus let me know about a sale they was doing at that time and got another pair free.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Ordered the high index lens which they had to send off and something went wrong with order and it would be delayed. They gave me a pair of the polycarbonate for free to hold me over as I was going out of town and let me keep both pairs. That’s customer service!! Five stars all the way, highly recommend!
