I came here with blurred vision in my left eye due to complications from diabetes. Dr. Shildkrot treated me with great care, and my vision has been restored. This doctor is truly great, with boundless compassion and a heart like a mother's. I am so grateful and fond of him. Thank you, doctor, for bringing back my sight. Please come and give this place a truly excellent review.

Needed a replacment pair of glasses. Lady who you order glasses from was helpful and too busy laughing with her co workers to really help us. Told us they no longer carried his glasses even though we just got them less then six months ago. Not good customer service.
I never leave bad reviews on a place until now and if I could take the one star away I would. I spent over 1000$ on glasses with over 500$ of that coming out of my pocket back in January. I had to get safety glasses from an online place and needed my pupillary distance. That I can’t get unless I pay a fee for as she said “Unfortunately”. They never have to worry about getting another dime from me!!
1st the staff is fantastic. They take their time and make you feel secure. The Drs carefully explain everything that's needs to be done and doing.
The actual eye exam was great, Dr was very dismissive so that left a bad taste in my mouth. After I ordered my glasses, I was explained the price and insurance discount I received. The next week I got a call that I was undercharged and they needed more money. I have 2 insurances and had already paid more than I should have. I understand people make mistakes, but there are times when you just eat the cost to keep a customer/ patient. I already overpaid, I requested a refund. Whoever called me about this was not very nice.
