I always dread the annual hunt for new glasses, but Barry and Dr. K at EOB made it a wonderful experience! They very patiently helped me find a pair that suited me and gave me many options to choose from, but it never felt like they were pushing me to buy. Truly was a very enjoyable experience and I can't wait to go back next year to get a new prescription and glasses from them! I wish I had found them years ago.

Had to get an eye exam in a pinch to renew my driver's license before a trip and they were able to accommodate my walk-in. Was able to renew my license online when I got home. Kind and attentive staff.

I got my prescription updated here a couple months ago and forgot to leave a review!! The optometrist was so cool and knowledgeable (I forget her name but lowkey fave optometrist I’ve ever seen (blurrily)) and she answered my silly eye questions and my prescription actually went down??? By 0.25??? Which would probably have made me give them 5 stars if I wasn’t planning to already. I will say when I first walked in there I wasn’t sure what to expect. The interior of the store feels a little unfinished (smth about the rug). But that’s truly secondary when you have great optometrists and great service! If I’m still in nyc next time I need a prescription, I’ll 100% come here ❤️

I called to about getting eye exams prices as I’m covered by insurance. I was that they don’t know and that I have ask HR but they did tell me that retail price of a standard eye exam without insurance is ~$200. I called a different place in Chinatown next and they were able to look up exactly how much I would have to pay and the retail price of their standard eye exams are around $130. I think the person I spoke to was too lazy to look up insurance vs the second place that I called
