From my first interaction with the reception desk to my meetings with the medical assistant tech to my very thorough exam with Dr. Swanson, I felt so at ease. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. Wonderful office with everyone exhibiting kindness, compassion, and warmth. I never once felt like I was being hurried through the system. They were there for me every step of the way. Thank you!
From the moment you enter their beautifully appointed office, are greeted by friendly staff, you feel at home at Eyes on J. All of the people are helpful and knowledgeable. Dr, Fairgrieve was patient and kind, answered all of my questions. This will be my new home for eye care. Plus, they have the cutest styles of frames!
Yesterday was my first appointment with Eyes on J. I chose them because they are in-network with UHC, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. The location is ideal with easy parking, and the office is equipped with modern technology. The entire team—from the front desk to Dr. Fairgrieve—was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I’ve already recommended them to my wife and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality eye care. I intended on taking my prescription to Warby Parker but the experience was positive and so I ordered glasses from them.
So delighted to be a part of Eyes on J! My first appointment was three years ago. It took my original eye doctor of 15 years to retire for me to venture out for a new optometrist. Eyes on J has a great selection of glasses. Wonderful staff and easy access for parking. I wholeheartedly recommend them!!!!❤️
