The equipment is state-of-the-art, and there is a wide selection of frames available, including the latest and most stylish options and brands. Cozy environment and amazing staff! I came in for an adjustment and they did it at no cost. Cindy, Raven, and Dr. Patel were welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!
We’re so impressed! My husband has a complex eye situation and we have had challenges finding the right combination of medical excellence, modern equipment, great service and a variety of lens options to service his complex needs. From A-Z, our experience with Eyes on Schaumburg was excellent! Dr. Patel was super thorough, and very detailed in her exam with him. The staff was very knowledgeable . They pulled up our insurance info beforehand and once we found glasses, my husband was quickly fitted, given the list of options, provided the cost and the order was placed seamlessly. Raven was especially helpful, kind and made our experience a 10/10. As busy working people, this was appreciated more than I can articulate - so much so, that when we got in the car, we both felt so grateful and gave thanks to God that we finally found a provider that will meet all my husband’s needs.
Best optometrist office I’ve ever had. Doctor Patel is always punctual and has a beautiful office. I don’t dread my appointments anymore and actually look forward to them!!
