Dr Jenkins did a thorough exam, took her time and was very helpfu and professionall. Logan, the technician was an absolute delight. He took all the time needed to help me select glasses (3 pairs). He also makes you feel special by devoting himself to helping you. LOVE this place! I’ve already suggested it to several people.
I scheduled my appointment the day prior (super easy to do online + was able to input insurance information). The entire staff was friendly, quick to answer any questions I had, and was super knowledgeable about insurance benefits and made recommendations. I had a great experience and will go to this location again!
I am very impressed with the customer service, glasses, and all the help we got here! My kiddo can be very shy but Tonya was so great with him and got him to open up and tell her what he wanted in a pair of glasses.. She was so great that she actually went into her system and found out every color that all of the glasses he liked came in!! She really went above and beyond to make my little man feel comfortable and excited to get glasses!! The doctor was also great! She answered my thousands of questions without hesitation!! My son is the type of kid that likes to know how things work and she took the time to explain EVERYTHING to him, even the way the exam was done prior to starting! I am very pleased with them here, we've been to other places and did not recieve such great customer service! The glasses came in a timely manner and they even kept me updated!! I love how the frames had something added to help them stay on this busy boy's face as he moves around a ton and broke several pairs of glasses already!! We will never go elsewhere!!!
Dr. Jenkins was very nice and the process was painless. Store manager Hannah was awesome helping me find the frames that fit my style and needs and the turn around to pick up said frames was quick! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
Staff was great Dr. was great! They helped me pick designer glasses out of my comfort zone quite expensive but they assisted me on that as well.. overall I enjoyed coming there and I love my new glasses! I have finally found a new eyeglass place!
