For me, buying glasses is like buying a car. It’s a long, tedious process and I usually end up feeling super anxious. Well, for the first time in decades of wearing glasses, I felt super comfortable and the process was actually a pleasant one. Why? Because I was helped by a wonderful, sweet, funny, and knowledgeable optician named Malorie. Thank you so much for an amazing experience, Malorie! You are a blessing! :)
These women were fantastic. They weee patient, informative, kind and accommodating. I’m an inquisitive person and I have many questions, they welcomed my queries and gave me all the knowledge I desired. The whole bunch of them were both kind and comical. Dr. Virk is only the second optometrist to give me an exam. I’ve always gone to one gentlemen whom worked in our town my whole life, and he is now retired. She was amazing and to say the least, she has a new loyal customer. Asami was a doll as well, she is the pretester Malorie was a sweetheart, again informative and kind. Brenda and Jennifer were of course great as well. All in all a new spot for great friends and eyeglasses.
Went to go look for eyeglasses that will fit me in Lenscrafters Blackstone in Fresno and made the right decision. Got some help from Sonia. She was very nice and knew what I really needed. This branch has so much top of the line brands. Come on down and check them out! Highly recommended!
LensCrafters, April 3, 2025 Me & my granddaughter's papa had to come & pick up his glasses that were getting fixed because they got broken so we did & he was still waiting on another pair that had to be redone on the (lenses) so he will have to make another trip here to pick them up when they are done & ready. They showed him the new pair of glasses for the (hard of hearing) that can be paired with your phone but they are still in the early stages of being brand new. That is what I need!!! Most definitely yes. The store is amazing & very beautiful with all of the Glasses 🕶️ being displayed & the staff members seem very friendly & helpful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s 🤓👍
Great experience with LensCrafters; Samantha was very helpful in showing me different customization options and answering any questions I had.
