Mark at LensCrafters and the doctor at Trinh Optometry Group (provider of Eyexam of CA) were both amazing. This was my first time getting reading glasses and I walked in feeling a little unsure about what I needed, but they made the whole experience easy, comfortable, and honestly kind of exciting. The doctor was thorough, explained everything in a way that made sense, and never made me feel rushed. Then Mark helped me pick the right frames and guided me through the lens options without any pressure. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared that I left with glasses that actually fit my needs and looked good. I can already tell this is going to make a big difference day to day. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment for noon at 5 PM. I showed up at 4:45 said doctor was running just a little behind. I was seen at 6:15. No communication know anything to which then I was told …not sure if they let you know, but there will be an additional fee today as I’m in the exam chair. The people there were nice enough, but the level of service was completely lacking. How does the doctor tell patient while they’re in the exam chair that you will have to pay an additional fee of $100? Which I said no, I was not told that when I called today to make the appointment he said it would be a re exam. To which she answered OK well it’s gonna be 45 and $55. I get people get behind but no sorry for keeping you waiting no apology no nothing just right off the bat you know it’s gonna be extra for your exam today. After I’ve waited for over an hour And what was my choice then get up and leave? Very unprofessional all around. Then the gentleman running the cash register said sorry for the wait but if you’d like to buy a pair of glasses today, I can give you an additional amount off. After I’ve already been there over two hours for a 15 minute appointment. No thank you. It’s sad. The level of service here has really gone down the drain..

I was waiting for the doctor 60 minutes but I had not seen the doctor yet. My appointment was 1:00PM. But until 2:00PM, I still have not seen the doctor and I ledt the office. The office receiptionist told me that they could not help anythings for 60 minutes waiting. Worst office with appointment schedules.

Had optometrist I’m not sure her name but she was very informative and honest I liked that. I like lenscrafter because you can order and try on everything online, so I only had to spend an hour in store

This was my first time back in several years. Everyone I interacted with during the visit were great. But the visit took too long, 1 did arrive at 11:05 am for an 11:40 appointment to look at frames first. All went well but everything too till 1:30p to complete. I was exhausted and hungry from skipping lunch. I never figured out why it took so long especially the measuring and checking out process. I was thanked for being patient. I appreciated that. I do look forward to picking up frames and seeing how it goes then.
