Celeste fixed my glasses, and she provided excellent service. She was professional, kind, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. She made sure my glasses fit comfortably and took the time to answer all of my questions. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend her to anyone needing assistance.
I had an awesome experience at the LensCrafters at 9027 Tampa Ave. The entire visit was friendly, professional, and completely seamless from start to finish. Ariana was wonderful during check-in and helped guide me through the eye exam process. She was welcoming, attentive, and made everything feel easy and organized. Dr. Bianca was equally great. She was very thorough, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my prescription and eye health without ever making the appointment feel rushed. Jessica was incredibly helpful with choosing my glasses. She was patient, knowledgeable, and gave honest recommendations that helped me feel confident in my selections. I ended up purchasing two pairs: Ray-Ban Clubmasters and Ray-Ban Meta glasses. Ariana, Dr. Bianca, and Jessica were all super friendly and gave me the same level of excellent care and attention. I truly appreciated how smooth and enjoyable they made the entire experience. Highly recommend this location and team!
It was a lovely experience from beginning to end. Ariana was super helpful with the exam. She explained everything and spoke very elegantly. She made me feel like a valued costumer. Then she introduced me to Jessica who helped me with glasses. She was very charismatic. She selected some very nice styles that suited my facial structure. I left very satisfied and would recommend everyone that comes to the store ask for help from these lovely ladies. 10/10
I was greeted immediately by store employees. Jessica ended up helping me get new glasses. She gave me plenty of time to shop, letting me know tabs was there to help but didn’t hover. When I sat down with my glasses, she immediately was available to assist me. She answered all of my insurance questions and showed me the estimate. Jessica. Made the process of buying glasses fast and painless while providing accurate information. Would recommend!
