Dr. Cohen was great! His soft-spoken tone and calm demeanor kept me at ease the whole time. He gave eye care advice that was easy to understand and made sure any of my questions were answered. Highly recommended doctor. The store managers, Anna and Maria, were also very patient and helpful. Overall a superbly professional outfit with excellent service.
It was a pleasant experience.i like the fact the they had state of the art equipment and all of them were very knowledgeable in operating said equipment. All the staff were very friendly. Only thing was I think that having to wait up to 10 business days is very unreasonable considering the price that you have to pay for anything there everything was very expensive even the cheap stuff. I think shouldn't have to wait no longer than 1 to 2 days not 10.
Dr. Cohen is so kind and thorough. He makes the experience of being at the eye doctor comfortable and informative. I will definitely refer him to all of my friends and family. I have such horrible vision and it’s great to find a doctor who is knowledgeable and willing to help me with my eyes! Thank you Dr.Cohen!
The doctor took the time to educate me on the importance of annual eye exams. The last eye exam I got was 15 years ago and it was not nearly as thorough as this exam. My prescription had actually changed and so I left with the ability to see better than when I arrived.
Dr. Cohen is very knowledgeable and is amazing! He explains everything and never rushes you when talking to him. Just such a nice guy who really knows his stuff. The entire staff is so helpful and friendly as well.
