I've been coming to this location for 5 years and I love my experience everytime. They are professional, friendly and timely. I've had a few different doctors that have performed my exams over the years and they've all been great. I drive from Redondo Beach to this location because for me the experience is worth it. It also seems to be a mostly women ran place from the associates to the doctors. I've also seen many families come to this location with babies and little ones so its also family friendly.

I have never been more pleasantly helped out in my entire years of wearing glasses! Highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back as my primary eye care center. Thank you so much Teresa!

Stopped by LensCrafters to have the lenses swapped in my sunglasses, and the team took care of it in less than five minutes. They were friendly, professional, and didn’t even charge me for the lens swap. Great customer service and a genuinely positive experience. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Sashy was attentive to my measurement peculiarities. I prefer my progressive heights a certain way and she took time to make sure I was satisfied. She also recommended an anti reflective coating made specifically to aid with driving reflections. This will definitely be beneficial since I spend long trips on the road. So helpful! My sunglasses were accidentally stepped on by a friend and they straightened out my sunglasses with no charge. This is the second pair of glasses they saved for me. I love everyone at Lens Crafters. Great glasses, eye exams and employees. I highly recommend the location in the Lakewood Mall.
