What a great experience i had with this location. The whole staff was attentive and helpful. Lilian was the star of the show. She walks through the process and answered all our questions. The young lady who might be the supervisor or manager help us out tremendously also. i did not get her name. overall it was an easy process and great experience. i would recommend this office for your next eye exam or glasses.

Lens crafters on Bristol st. Next to the target is an amazing place to go with great pricing and an experience staff that is willing to help all the people who walk in and walk out. They did everything in their power to help me and family with finding eyewear wether it’s work or for leisure.
Great exam and new glasses are working out great so far. Total cost was a bit expensive, but worth it to my eyes feeling better. Took new glasses home same day.
Dr.Robert Torney is awesome. He is my favorite optometrist and I’ve had many. He works text to a LensCrafters area and I just wanted to mention that the manager (Candice) is not a people person, she’s rude and angry looking quite scary. She doesn’t have a personality to work with people. But if you want a good optometrist, Dr. Torney is your guy.
