If I could give this place less stars I would. 1. It takes 3 weeks to get an appointment. 2. I have limited insurance so I can only go where my insurance allows. This place is one of them. 3. Being put on hold for over 5 minutes without a check back after 2 is customer abuse. I was only trying to get directions to your location, why have to wait so long? 4. Messages to their Facebook, just to get directions went unanswered. 5. Receptionist giving you the wrong directions, then calling and telling you, the doctor's window is only 10 minutes and now you're 20 minutes late for your appointment, so you'll have to reschedule after telling me on the phone they'd make an exception to my tardiness. This company should be ashamed of itself.

I will never go to this place again. After being a customer for almost 10 years one of their staff calls my phone today super rude. Telling me what I need to do and got to do in the nastiest tone ever. You will never talk to me like I'm a child. I have had my whole family as customers there not anymore. The day you decide to call someone phone and talk crazy is the day you lose a customer. I hate that I had to click any stars. Super unprofessional I wouldn't send my dog there.

Everyone I have delt with at Eyezone is friendly and helpful. I have gotten 2 pairs of glasses at this location over the last few years and both experiences were the same. The person that helped me find the right glasses for my face took their time and gave me suggestiions, it was a great experience. I have been very happy with my experiences there.

Today will be my final day coming to this business. Everytime I come here I feel like i am not appreciated and not valued as a customer I’m not sure if it’s because I am black or what but everytime I come here I leave feeling very odd like not wanted. Workers just stare don’t speak , very odd after you spend your money. The woman at the desk is the only friendly one and the older man in the back besides that 1/10. & I have been a customer here since 2015. Very unfortunate but I will find a new eye doctor.

I have to say “Thank you” Dr Blum for the BEST pair of glasses I have ever had in all my life. Nobody has EVER gotten my prescription right. You made my life as a hairdresser 100% better and just happy in general. I could never Thank you enough. God bless you!
