My entire experience at Visionworks went smoothly, from checking in, to my eye exam, to picking out my glasses, to the breakdown of my bill and payment. Despite it being extremely busy, the entire staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to myself and other customers. Overall, I had a great customer experience and would highly recommend Visionworks. They have a great selection of glasses for affordable prices and an amazing staff that are knowledgeable and customer-oriented.

This is a great place to have an eye exam. The staff are friendly and Dr. Gordon is an excellent provider. It's a great experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend it. I always feel at ease when Dr. Gordon is explaining things, and he takes the time to do so with care and patience. There is also not a long wait time which makes the appointment time efficient.

The two young ladies, in the EYE exam office, were so VERY HELPFULL and pleasant.They even went back through our eye records to correct a mistake we had made on our update form. Thanking the entire staff and the Very THUROUGH EYE DOCTOR.at Vision Works.💯

The staff were so polite and helpful. I had no problem, but the staff the only problem that I had was how long it took to get in to see my eye doctor as well as how long it took to get my glasses picked out. Other than that, it was an amazing place and the people were really nice. I actually witnessed Tara deal with a ornery customer and she did extraordinary. You can tell the whole team was well versed in what they do

He made me feel like I had been his patient for a long time. He was very welcoming and funny. He also was knowledgeable and kind on giving me instructions to keep my eyes healthy. His nice outfit was a plus! The woman at the front desk for check in were also nice and welcoming.
