Les Lunettes Optique

I was looking for an extremely light and comfortable frame for my new glasses prescription. The last pair I purchased was in Boca Raton, Florida. No one in Mentor, Ohio had anything even close. With all the weather fronts constantly coming through, I can get severe headaches. I do not need glasses that add weight to my temples and nose bridge. I called and spoke to Michelle and appreciated her honesty. When I arrived she had several lines of frames already selected, all which were even lighter than the ones I already had! She was thorough as she listened to my concerns and was able to direct me to the best for my needs and pocketbook! Thank You! Can't wait to pick up my new frames in 2 weeks!

Was referred here as the best place in CLE. Alan and his colleague were extremely professional and helpful. Speedy service and selection was extremely impressive. I needed a part to fix my frames purchased in Europe and Alan called around to get the part for me and have it fixed within the hour. Highly recommend.

Thankfully I decided to bring my business to Alan. I had a complicated frame purchased overseas. The lense needed drilled so that the screws could secure the lense to the frame. The lab there at Les Lunnettes did an amazing job! Alan took pride to find me perfectly matched screws, since the last optician at another store, lost and mismatched my screws, and they even cracked my new lense! Don't waste your time and money going somewhere else. I learned the hard way!

I have been Alan's customerfor 20 years. He has the baddest eyeglasses in town! I am currently in Santa Fe NM and I trusted him to take care of my order long distance. I trust his taste and discretion in terms of what I was looking for. I could not imagine going elsewhere. The glasses he chose for me are more beautiful than I could have imagined! They are nerdy, edgy and professional. He outdid himself!

He has a flare for knowing what looks great on each and every person who steps foot in his shop! Picking out a frame was an agonizing chore until meeting Alan. He gets it right every single time! He puts a smile on peoples' faces and makes us feel like friends.
