The staff is exceptionally friendly and always stayed professional. It smelled so good in there and the eye Dr. Herself was awesome. She explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. The huge plus was that they accepted Medicaid and not once made me feel any different. I highly recommend!!
I made an appointment over a month ago through their website because the doctor did a great job the last time I was there. When I arrived for my appointment today, I was told I didn't have one and that it had been canceled through their website. I explained that they had just sent me a request yesterday to complete my paperwork, which I did, so I had every reason to believe my appointment was still scheduled. I asked if I could still be seen since I had already driven there, taken time out of my day, and the mix-up was on their end. The receptionist simply said no. She showed no concern for the inconvenience and handled the situation in a rude and unprofessional manner. I left very disappointed and will not be returning. Please note that I attempted to contact them as per their request and left messages, but I have not yet received a return call.
Extremely easy and quick. I came in simply to renew my glasses prescription and get a new pair since I recently lost one. The staff was attentive, courteous, and kind and the office space was really adorable and homey.
Private parking , yes slightly off the beaten path but worth it. Friendly staff , awesome doctor, state of the art equipment , exams are detailed and informative. Most of all relaxing quick and options available for glasses. Really well done. Bravo.
The staff here is amazing from start to finish me and my kids had a great time here! We felt very welcome, listened to and even got offered some cookies from from one of the staff members! I believe his name was Ryan sorry if I’m wrong! he was amazing! They all were great good job eye zone!
