This has been by far the most professional, polite and helpful place I’ve ever been to. Whether it’s been looking at new frames or fixing a part on my glasses. They’re always eager to help and always nice about it. I just wish they accepted my insurance. They would always be my number one pick!! Highly recommend.
Faces Eyewear is simply the best. Dr. Marquardt does an excellent eye exam and is spot on every time. Her explanation of all aspects of the exam is always quite thorough and comforting. I can't thank their Optician Jenny enough for her help in selecting frames for me that are just perfect. Jenny's determination to making sure the fit of each frame was perfect was really appreciated. I have never left a review for anything, ever. But Dan, his staff and store are worth the effort to tell everyone how wonderful they are. Dan goes above and beyond to help his customers get the product they want with a winning personality. You can not do better than Faces Eyewear!
Very pleased with the service and friendly personalities. Dan gave me a great overview of the different selections they carry for eye wear and was very knowledgeable. Faces Eyewear carries quality brands and some that are more rare, especially in the fox valley. This was the main draw for me, being in the design industry and caring about well designed, well built products, but the service is what will keep me coming back. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
What an Amazing store! If you need eye glasses this is the place to go. Very unique designs and frames. Rachel was very helpful and friendly. Customer service here is top notch. Everyone here was welcoming. Thank you Rachel for making my first experience with Faces Eyewear an AWESOME one!
