From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and pleasantry. My check in and pre screening was quick and simple. The doctor was pleasant and hos voice was calming . He explained everything thoroughly and made sure that I understood my options. Picking out my glasses was easy and the staff was very helpful. They went thr extra mile to make sure that my vision insurance was documented. I really enjoyed my visit.

From the moment I stepped into the building Lauren greeted me with a welcoming smile and a wealth of knowledge! She walked me step by step through each test, answered all my questions and was personable. Once I got to the eye exam Dr. Hafeman was informative, kind and humorous. To wrap up my experience, Lauren showed me my options on contacts and glasses and worked fast and efficiently. I would highly recommend this Shopko Optical.

The first thing I noticed walking in is that there wasn’t a line or crowd, which was great. I was able to be seen quickly. The staff is wonderful. Lauren helped me check in and after my exam she helped me pick out my frames and lenses. She was very attentive, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. I saw Dr Hafeman and he’s very friendly with a calming demeanor. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very welcome. He explained all of the changes in my vision, which I appreciated very much. I’ve been to the Northland location, which was good but busy. I will be going back to Mall Dr for the staff and fast service! Highly recommend this location.

From talking to Matt to schedule to the lovely Lauren, and the other gal I didn’t catch the name of, this was a wonderful smooth and easy eye visit. Dr Hafeman kind and instructive. Highly recommend if you don’t have insurance. $97 was right on the money and everyone was professional and kind.

This was my first time at this store and I would definitely come back. The staff was very kind and professional. Nav made sure that all my questions were answered and all of the pricing was very transparent. The virtual exam was quick and painless. Overall a great experience with some great employees!
