Had an amazing experience here. Owned by a husband and wife. They are very friendly and personable and seem to really value their patients. They have a very wide selection of frames in fashionable styles. I'm in love with my new glasses.
I can’t say enough good things about Falcon Eye. Even though I wasn’t an established patient, they heard my symptoms and immediately fit me into their schedule for what turned out to be an emergency. Their kindness, compassion, and genuine concern meant so much during a very stressful time. Dr. Maxwell-Malik was wonderful—thorough, caring, and reassuring. From the moment I walked in, everyone was exceptional. The front desk staff, technicians, and Dr. Maxwell-Malik all treated me with kindness and professionalism. Recently moved from out of state, growing up my eye sight was better than 20/20. Went into the dmv to get a new instate DL and failed my eye exam. Called up falcon vision center was seen for an eye exam and had no idea my eye sight was not up to par. When I looked out the window with the correct prescription and without glasses it was 100% noticeable I needed glasses. Everyone who works there are A+ in professionalism and customer service. I will be taking both my kids and wife here now and in the future because of the great first impression I got from them. Thank you to everyone who assisted me it was a wonderful experience!!!
I had an excellent experience at Falcon Pass Vision Center. The staff was friendly, professional, and very welcoming from the moment I walked in. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made sure all my questions were answered without rushing. The exam was very detailed, and I felt confident in the care I received. The office is clean, organized, and runs efficiently. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care and great customer service.
This is my second time going here and everyone is very nice. Dr. Malik is very nice. He builds great relationships with his patients and the community. His staff is very kind and helpful. Doctors that are more personable are hard to find. 100% recommend.
