This was my first time going to Dr. Ashcroft and my experience was very enjoyable. The staff is so nice and pleasant. Dr. Ashcroft doesn’t just come in to do your eye exam - he takes a moment to chat with you and learn more about who you are as a human! Loved my experience and will be happy to continue with them as long as they are around!
I have been going to Dr. Ashcraft for the last 20 years. He spends as much time with his patients as needed and never makes me feel rushed through. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Also, the staff—to a person—are so friendly and accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ashcraft at Family Eyecare Center.
Dr. Ashcraft and his team are quite amazing. Super personable, friendly, prompt and informative! I appreciate the time they took to not only inform me about my eye health but the time the staff took to make sure i found glasses that were comfortable to me. Cant recommend them enough. The most comfortable eye exam I have ever had. Everyone was so helpful. The doctor explained my condition in clear terms that I could understand. Office is very clean and goves a welcoming feeling.
My entire family sees Dr Ashcraft. He is patient and explains things well. His staff is very friendly and super helpful especially Jillian. I definitely recommend this place for your eyes or eyewear needs!
