I chose this optometry after seeing all the reviews... As everyone mentioned in their reviews, everyone at this facility are amazing right from front desk to doctor. They take ample time to take all the test and to explain everything in detail. Going to order my glasses with them. I will add my review about that experience as well.
Appointment was so good that I had to post as soon as I got home. Did an appointment for contacts and glasses. Dr. Kim made the appointment a great learning experience and enjoyable. Not sales-y nor did she make me feel bad for not being well educated in eye care. Felt really grateful that I learned a lot regarding eye muscles and how my recent blurring was due to my current work from home style. Got some great tips. I also enjoy wearing colored contact lenses but have a unique BC that it was hard for me to find ones that are comfortable. Dr. Kim was able to show me the difference between daily and monthly and I got to try on some cute grey ones. The assistant was also great and sweet. Didnt catch the name of the receptionist but she is so darn awesome. Helped me choose my color contact lenses, explained billing, and even assisted with getting my PD because I can never remember. Really appreciate her!!! Whole staff here is great. Im sold and would recommend. Finally found an optmetrist office in the OC area!
As a first time random walk-in customer to this optometry just to adjust my frame, I experienced excellent treatment and a professional consulting on the frame selection to fit my head shape. I’ll definitely work with this optometry on my next optical glasses purchase.
If anyone needs an eye doctor I genuinely recommend Dr Jenny at Family Optometry of Irvine! It’s in the Northpark area right by Pavilions. The whole staff is sweet and Dr Jenny is really detailed and attentive. I’ve been going to the eye Dr since I was a year old so I’ve seen quite a few. I feel like she listened and understood my eyes better than anyone before!
