I’ve been a patient here for several years. Dr Kapiloff and the Staff are excellent! Dr Kapiloff gives time and care to each patient without rushing. The staff are all Knowledgeable, friendly and caring with explaining things and answering all questions. They explain the insurance coverages and any costs that are not covered by insurance so the patient can make an educated decision. An enjoyable experience!
LOVE this practice! Today was my first visit and I could not be happier! My eye doctor retired and a coworker recommended Dr Kapiloff. The office manager Yai and Ray were fantastic - from the pre-screening to helping me pick out frames... Everyone in the office takes their time with the patient especially Dr Kapiloff... she doesn't rush through the visit, explains everything, and is extremely knowledgeable and thorough... Truly top in her field... excellent selection of frames and the latest technology!!!! HIGHLY recommend Dr Kapiloff and her efficient team!!! Best eye exam ever!!!!
MY first visit to Family Vision Associates was a pleasurable experience. I had found this practice thru my insurance provider's website. After looking at many other office near where I live, I was attracted to this practice because of the professional website, on line appointment capability and ease to navigate the new patient registration. Dr. Kapiloff and her staff were welcoming, professional and a pleasure to deal with. You can tell that they are all invested in this practice. The office was newly renovated and the equipment was modern. The selection of designer eyewear was a bonus considering most offices only have a few no name brands. I highly recommend this practice and look forward to future appointments.
