Went in for an eye exam following a head trauma resulting in a change to my close-up vision and to revisit my distance lense prescription. Dr Anderson explained the changes needed to accommodate the changes in my vision, without applying any pressure to purchase from the clinic. I was free to take the prescription elsewhere. I appreciated that and the friendliness of all of the employees.
When I arrived for my appointment, there was almost no wait time—the staff were quick and efficient. The assistant who did the preliminary testing was pleasant, helpful, and patient with any questions I had. Dr. Anderson explained the test results and dispelled any worries I had about changes in my vision since the last appointment. The exam and follow up felt more like a social event than medical exam. I left feeling much better about my vision than I did when I arrived.
First time going to Dr. Anderson. I was very impressed with my eye exam. The optometrist tech, Elly, was so great at her profession. Very friendly young lady, that makes you feel comfortable through out the exam. Dr. Anderson gives a great exam, while showing and explaining your eye exam to you. The best part of my appointment was there was no wait time. My appointment was at 3:00 and I had to wait only 5 minutes. This was a big plus. You leave there feeling good about your eye exam. The staff in the office are friendly and customer oriented. I would recommend Family Vision to family & friends
