We had a great experience at Summit Eyecare. The staff were very kind and helpful. Dr. Jay is an excellent optometrist. He is very thorough, and answered any and all concerns I had for me and my daughter. We will definitely keep coming back.
I was very impressed and happy with my visit here. The front desk, technician, and doctor were all professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable of their job(s). My eye exam was thorough and every step was explained to me so I understood what to do and why. All my questions were answered as well. Picking out frames was easy and they had a good variety of different styles, brands, and materials to choose from. I would highly recommend Summit Eyecare in Pocatello to anyone.
My reason for the five star review is from the very beginning of making the appointments with Skyler to meeting the technician Nina and then seeing the ophthalmologist Dr. Jay and finalizing my prescription with Rose !! I think it was outstanding very professional very warm and friendly staff thank you Summit Eye Care center will always be recommending you guys to everyone!!
Got my son right in after I called. The staff was extremely friendly and kind! Especially the female doctor he saw . They did a great job, keeping my son calm and using other methods to test his eyesight because he can’t read quite yet. Receptionists were quick to help me get insurance figured out before appointment began. Great experience!
Dr. Watt has been my physician for a while. I love Summits assistants and they go the extra mile to take care of their patients. I would recommend Summit Eyecare!!
